As an important hub function, you act as a contact point for the BDO Digital& team. In this role, you are part of the backoffice team and are responsible for the smooth operation of the backoffice. WHAT YOU WILL DRIVE

• You independently take on backoffice tasks and work closely with consulting and sales
• You manage the internal team channels and SharePoint sites
• You develop and optimize digital processes
• You are responsible for document and template management of BDO Digital
• You record and maintain customer data in the CRM and create reports from it
• You support the consultants in project execution and monitoring

HOW YOU SUCCEED

• You have a commercial basic education and/or business administration training
• You are digitally savvy, flexible, and an organizational talent
• You bring several years of professional experience in backoffice or a comparable assistant function
• You are a structured, precise, independent, and reliable personality
• You have a good understanding of internal processes and help to improve and digitalize them
• You score with your open and positive manner
• You have solid M365 knowledge and preferably already experience with SAP and Abacus
• You bring fluent German and good French skills
