The iwaz offers as a social enterprise assistance for residential, training, and work opportunities, is a service provider for industrial, rehabilitation technology, and social assignments, and is a venue for seminars, events, and gastronomic experiences in Wetzikon.

About 60 residents aged between 20 and 90 live at iwaz and find support here 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in managing their daily lives. A well-coordinated nursing and care team is responsible for professional nursing and care.

Dipl. Nurse HF / FH / DNII(40-100%) in day shift

• You take on daily responsibility and create security – for residents and the team.
• You accompany employees and trainees with patience, expertise, and genuine role model character.
• You provide individual, professional care with respect for every life story.
• You work interdisciplinarily with specialist offices and doctors.

• Qualification as a certified nurse HF or equivalent.
• Initial professional experience and joy in taking responsibility.
• An open heart, empathy, and clarity in action.
• Very good German language skills
