Instructions for Recording Events on the Municipal Website
(with user login of the club's admin contact)
A With user login of the club's admin email address
1. Open the municipality's website (www.suhr.ch) in your browser and look for your club under
"Living in Suhr" - "Clubs". When you are in your club's profile,
you can log in at the bottom left. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one.
2. After logging in, you can add your club's event. You can also change, copy, or delete an existing event. Please proceed to point 4.
B With general user login of the website (for everyone)
1. Open the municipality's website (www.suhr.ch) in your browser and click "Login" at the top left.
2. Log in there with your user account. If you do not have a user account yet, you must first create one.
3. Once logged in, go to "News & Media" - "Events". To add a new event, click the icon at the very bottom.

4. Now you can fill in the fields with your event's data. Here are some important notes:
a. All fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory.
b. The details of the recorder and the organizer do not have to be identical.
c. If your event takes place on only one day, select the same date for "Date from" and "Date to".
d. If the duration of your event is not entirely clear, you can provide the known times under "Time/Duration".
e. Under "Registration" you can, if necessary, specify the registration options for the
event (e.g., by email or phone, etc.).

Do you have requirements for attending your event, e.g., only for children?
You can define these under "Requirements".
g. If there are several prices, you can record all options under "Price Categories".
h. Please always select a category for your event, even if your event could belong to several categories. This way, your event will appear in the corresponding
category when the filter is applied.

If you upload images, flyers, and documents for your event, your event will appear more attractive to website visitors.

If you have selected an image, you must provide alternative text for it. The alternative text replaces the image, so it should (if possible) fulfill the same function as the image. For blind users or users of simple text browsers, graphics and images are not accessible.
5. After entering the event, click "Add Event". After successful submission of the data, the following text will appear.
6. After the event is recorded, it will be checked by the municipal office staff and, if everything is in order, activated. If there are still questions, the
municipal office will contact you.

Recurring Events
Do you have an event that takes place, for example, every month?
You do not have to enter the information repeatedly. Record the first event in the series, copy the entry, and simply change the date.

Changes and additions to your event
1. First, you must log in again (see instructions at the beginning).
2. With the club login, you will find the event in your club profile.
3. Now you can edit the event via "Edit Entry" (you will be redirected to the input form, see point 4) or delete it entirely. After adjusting your event, you can log out again.
4. With the user login, you will see your event under "News & Media" - "Events".
