Gardener (a) 80%
Your tasks
Production
Production of approx. 120 different perennials / herbs / tea / flowers
Responsibility for vegetable production
Assistance in drying and packaging of fruit and herbs
Support and promotion
Guidance and promotion of employees with support needs within the key worker system
Collaboration with a dedicated team of specialists and florists
Other tasks in the green area
Support with seasonal work such as planting, harvesting or winter preparations
Assistance with maintenance work in the gardens
Collaboration with other areas such as agriculture and the kitchen
You bring with you
Training as a perennial gardener or ornamental plant gardener EFZ
Enjoyment of working outdoors and in the production of plants and refinement into food
Interest or experience in supporting people with support needs
Ideally pedagogical training or willingness to further education
Team spirit, sense of responsibility and a positive basic attitude
