About the job

• you are part of the editorial team and responsible for a seven-member video team
• you are responsible for the video strategy and thus for all video implementations on all our channels, from viral news videos to proprietary formats to joint implementations with clients
• you independently develop successful concepts for videos from the idea through conception to the finished product
• you have schedules under control and are responsible for quality assurance of the videos
• you are always keen to reach a large audience on social media with your production and to hit right in the heart of your target group

• you have already worked in an editorial office and bring a strong news sense
• you have experience in producing video and audio formats
• you are a creative mind and feel comfortable with both editorial topics and client implementations
• you have a good general education and impeccable German skills
• you have a knack for storytelling
• you are resilient and keep a cool head in stressful situations
• you love multitasking and keep an overview in exchange with various stakeholders
