Your tasks

• Carrying out quality and process controls in ongoing production
• Monitoring compliance with hygiene, quality, and production standards (HACCP)
• Conducting hygiene checks in the production areas
• Incoming and outgoing goods inspections according to quality specifications
• Sampling for microbiological and physical analyses
• Control and release of production batches according to quality specifications
• Documentation of tests, controls, and deviations in the QS system Improve
• Support in handling quality deviations and complaints
• Participation in the further development and compliance with quality and hygiene concepts
• Assistance in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of audits

Your profile

• Completed training in the food industry, e.g., food technologist, meat specialist, or comparable training
• Experience in food production or quality assurance is an advantage
• Good knowledge in the field of food hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
• Independent, structured, and precise way of working
• High quality and sense of responsibility
• Good MS Office skills
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Willingness to work in production at cool temperatures (approx. 4–5 °C)
• Team player, reliable, and assertive
