Your main tasks:
- You manage accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting in compliance with the guidelines of the Canton of Zurich (Accounting Manual, ICS requirements, etc.)
- You support the Head of Finance & Accounting in various financial matters (financial accounting, VAT returns, intercompany reconciliations, annual financial statements)
- You prepare the monthly closing for cash and bank accounts
- You assist in the preparation of financial data, the creation of reports, and support in cost accounting
- You manage the accounting email account and maintain the contract database
Our expectations of you:
- You have a diploma in accounting or have solid knowledge in financial accounting
- You are proficient in using SAP and Excel
- You are a team player and communicate well with different stakeholders
- You have a high IT affinity and a quick grasp of new tools and processes
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
