YOUR MISSION
As Chief Commercial Officer, you shape the global commercial strategy and lead an international team of around 300 employees. You drive growth, innovation, and customer loyalty, from sales and marketing to service, covering the entire customer journey. With your strategic foresight and operational sensitivity, you strengthen the Condair brand and global collaboration under the vision "ONE CONDAIR".
YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Strategy & Growth: Global sales and pricing strategy, key account management, market expansion, and standardization of international processes
- Marketing & Customers: Global marketing strategy, digital campaigns, brand building, customer journey, and service excellence
- Leadership & Organization: Development of high-performance teams, KPI management, cross-departmental collaboration, and integration projects
YOUR PROFILE
- University degree, an MBA is an advantage, fluent in English and German
- 10–15 years of leadership experience in international, complex organizations
- Strategic, innovative, and customer-oriented personality with strong leadership skills
- Strengths in intercultural communication
- Solid knowledge in sales, marketing, business development, and service
- Strong financial understanding
- Proven success in increasing sales, market expansion, and integration of organizations
- Willingness to travel approx. 50%
