Nursing Manager for the pool

Your missions:
- Ensure temporary replacements as well as long-term absences in the care units
- Manage your team by inspiring confidence and looking after the interests of the collaborators
- Work closely with all nursing management teams to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Respond to urgent needs and interprofessional work in a constructive spirit, transmitting the necessary information
- Support and assist the integration of new profiles
- Lead continuous improvement projects and participate in the evaluation process of practices within the unit
- Ensure the application of the Nursing Directorate's directives and guarantee the quality of care
- Position yourself as a leader at all HFR sites according to needs
Your profile
- Bachelor of Science HES-SO in health, or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in a hospital service (minimum 3 years) and training in proximity management or equivalent
- Flexibility, mobility across several sites and ability to quickly adapt to different environments and teams
- Teamwork skills, good interpersonal qualities, communication and negotiation skills
- Initiative, rigor in following procedures, sense of priorities and ability to manage the unexpected
- Mastery of digital tools (APEX software, communication via SMS/Beekeeper/Jamespot).
- Mastery of French or German language, with good knowledge of the other language.

- Proven experience in a hospital department (at least 3 years) and training in on-site leadership tasks or equivalent qualification
- Flexibility, mobility at multiple sites and quick adaptability to different environments and teams
- Teamwork skills, good interpersonal skills, communication and negotiation skills. Initiative, consistent adherence to procedures, sense of priorities and ability to handle the unexpected
