We are looking for a dedicated professional for the group of preschool children at our STADELHOFEN location.
What are your tasks?
- Educational support and guidance of the entrusted children
- Co-designing an age- and interest-oriented daily routine for the children
- Co-designing a parenting partnership with the families
- Organizing and conducting excursions and parent activities
- Active participation in team meetings
- Creating a respectful, family-like working atmosphere
What should you bring?
- A completed education as FABE, educator, or comparable social pedagogical qualifications
- Trainer qualification is an advantage
- Expertise in early childhood, project work, observation and documentation methods
- Team player
- Initiative, creativity, and flexibility
- Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
