The Emma Couvreu Childhood Foundation, since 1829, has been actively committed to the reception, protection, and support of minors in danger during their development. Our services are aimed at children and also at their parents. We implement our actions in accordance with values that we embody daily. Our activities are fully aligned with the minor protection policy established by the State of Vaud. You support families during their visitation rights to their placed child, working in tandem with the family worker of the institution. Working hours are partly fixed on Wednesday from 11 a.m. and in the afternoon as well as Thursday morning. The main tasks are:

- Observe and assess parent-child interactions and provide detailed observations to network members for the child's and family's life project
- Offer parents an understanding of their child that effectively reflects their needs and behavior and contributes to strengthening parenting skills
- Work closely with the family worker and in collaboration with the educational team
- Participate in the institution's weekly situation analyses and provide your clinical expertise on the children and their family Your profile
- Hold a diploma in psychology or an equivalent recognized qualification
- Significant experience and ongoing training in child protection and perinatal and parenting fields
- Additional training in systemic intervention and therapy
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a
- Good skills in facilitating situation analysis
- Driving license desired
