Your area of responsibility
- Administration and maintenance of the ICT infrastructure (clients, servers, network, M365 / Azure as well as virtualization environments)
- Engagement in various IT projects
- Collaboration in the IT helpdesk
- Contact person for hardware and software suppliers
- Support of the IT departments at foreign locations
- Documentation and monitoring with modern tools
Your skills
- Completed training as an IT specialist in system technology or comparable
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of ICT infrastructure
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows Server OS, M365, Active Directory)
- Basic knowledge in the area of networking (routing, switching, WLAN)
- Basic knowledge in handling scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell)
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification desirable
- Teamwork and willingness to learn
- Confident German and good English skills in spoken and written form
