Team Leader Intensive Supervision and Case Management (m/f/d)

You lead a team of about 6 employees and are responsible for intensive supervision and case management in the asset management sector. This includes not only KAG/FINIG institutions but also independent asset managers (UVV) and trustees.

• Personnel and professional leadership of the mixed-language team (DE/FR)
• Responsible for processing and handling supervision cases
• Ensuring flawless and comprehensible documentation of supervisory activities
• Targeted communication with the supervised parties as well as internal and external stakeholders
• Compliance with and further development of internal processes

• University degree in economics or law from a Swiss university, ideally with further training as a Certified Public Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience and in-depth understanding of the financial sector
• Strong conceptual, analytical, and communication skills
• Quick comprehension as well as high planning and organizational talent characterize you
• Strong leadership and social skills
• Excellent knowledge of German or French (C2) and very good knowledge of the other language as well as English (C1)
