Around 230 employees and 40 volunteers are passionately committed daily to the well-being of our residents.

The person at the center – we are looking for you!

• You take final responsibility for the HR area
• You represent the HR area in the management and help to further develop it
• You ensure the HR processes from entry to exit and further develop them with your team
• You are an important, supportive contact person for the employees
• You are motivated to actively tackle the daily business in the small HR team (3-person team) as a Business Partner in care and support with around 150 employees

• You have a degree as an HR specialist, HR manager, or an equivalent qualification
• You bring experience in a leading HR role, ideally in the care or health sector
• You are proficient in handling common IT applications (Windows programs and ERP, Polypoint PEP)
• You practice your profession with enthusiasm, work independently, reliably and structured, and gladly take on responsibility
• You are characterized by your empathetic and team-oriented attitude
