Senior Construction Manager BA-Masonry (M/F/D - 80-100%)
Mission:
You ensure the implementation, management, and supervision of construction sites in the field of reinforced concrete and masonry.
What awaits you:
Site management, organization and planning of necessary resources (workers, machines, materials, etc...)
Coordination of the different stakeholders, supervision of quality, safety, and environment as well as ensuring respect for deadlines and work costs
Administrative follow-up, measurement and invoicing
Preparation of offers
What you bring:
ES Technician/Construction Manager or equivalent training with several years of site management experience
Inspiring leader: good communicator, ability to motivate and lead a team
Sense of responsibility, organization, and initiative
Technical expertise and ease in using IT
Dynamic, independent, and flexible
