The Stiftung Alters- Pflegeheim Riedacker is located in Heimberg directly by the beautiful Buechwald with a view of a wonderful mountain panorama. In two residential buildings, around 65 elderly and care-dependent people receive professional, attentive care and support in a cozy living environment with enjoyable tasting.To complement our team, we are looking for as of April 1, 2026, or by arrangement
RAI / BESA Implementation Responsible 30-40%
or Nursing Specialist 80% with Additional Function
You bring:
• Qualification as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF or Health Specialist with FA Long-term Care and Support
• Solid experience in long-term care
• Social competence, commitment, empathy, and patience
• Nursing competence and joy in your area of responsibility
• Good IT skills, very good German language skills
• Resilient, reliable, and trustworthy personality
Your main tasks:
• You define the care process in BESA / RAI in collaboration with the specialists and department management
• Execution and controlling of the RAI / BESA assessments
• Support and training of employees in documentation
• Recognizing needs and resources in the implementation of individual care and support of residents
• Documentation of observations and progress according to BESA / RAI
