To strengthen our team in the Food Checkouts area, we are looking from 01/07/2026, for an indefinite period, at the Marin site, for a *motivated* and *committed* person as Sector Manager, 100%.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the organization and daily management of the Food sector checkout line.
- You schedule the cashiers' hours according to traffic and seasonal priorities.
- You are part of the store management.
- You regularly handle supermarket closures.
- You are responsible for managing cash funds, daily closings, and compliance with financial procedures.
- You are present on the sales floor, leading and supporting employees in their daily work.
- You handle customer complaints at the checkout and ensure an impeccable customer experience.
- You collaborate with department managers to improve the customer experience.
- You analyze performance indicators (waiting times, error rates, customer satisfaction) and propose improvement measures.
Your profile
- Ideally, you have completed basic training in retail.
- You are able to lead your team to achieve desired results, inspire them with your coaching qualities, and motivate them sustainably.
- You master cash management tools and commercial software.
- You have a solution-oriented, customer- and service-focused personality and put the customer first.
- You have an elegant and neat appearance.
- You have a sense of improvisation and organization and are happy to lend a hand.
- You speak fluent French and preferably know other national languages.
