- You advise and support legal entities as well as their owners in demanding national and international tax matters – for example, in succession planning, employee participation, restructurings, and transactions.
- You support our Corporate Finance team in conducting Tax Due Diligence.
- You prepare tax rulings, draft appeals, and represent clients before tax authorities.
- You provide professional support to colleagues and work closely with other business lines to develop holistic solutions.
- You handle complex tax issues, review or prepare tax returns, and audit assessments for legal and natural persons.
- You maintain existing client relationships and contribute to acquiring new mandates.

- are a certified tax expert with several years of professional experience in national and international tax law, ideally with practical experience in fiduciary services.
- approach complex issues in a structured, solution-oriented, and enthusiastic manner.
- work precisely, efficiently, and independently, but also enjoy working in a team.
- convince with strong customer orientation, communication skills, and initiative.
- have very good IT skills (MS Office, Dr. Tax, TaxWare) as well as confident German and business fluent English – French skills are an advantage.
