Purchasing Clerk (80 - 100% workload)
Your Tasks
- Creating and monitoring orders and deliveries
- Obtaining and reviewing offers from suppliers
- Maintaining master data of articles and suppliers
- Telephone and written contact with suppliers
- Organizing occasional export and import transports
- Checking creditor invoices
- Processing goods returns
- General administrative tasks
Your Profile
- Commercial apprenticeship or further training in the commercial field (e.g. technical clerk)
- Experience in operational purchasing
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills in spoken and written form desired, French skills an advantage
- Positive and well-groomed appearance
- High customer and service orientation
- Team-oriented, reliable and precise working style
- Very good IT user skills are assumed
