RSSV brings together home care services, guardianships, and two nursing homes in the Veveyse district. It works for quality, humane care adapted to the needs of the population, while adapting to current and future challenges in the health-social sector. Mission
Ensure the preparation of daily meals with care and creativity according to the seasonal offer, respecting hygiene rules and food safety instructions. Main activities
- Prepare culinary dishes, respecting specific diets, food allergies, preferences, etc.
- Participate in the meal distribution chain
- Take part in managing stock of goods (orders, delivery control, and storage)
- Apply hygiene and safety rules according to current directives and food legislation
- Maintain the kitchen, equipment, and tools
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as cook or equivalent qualification
- Experience in a healthcare environment or collective catering is an asset
- Mastery of food hygiene rules and food safety procedures
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays
- Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Good communication skills and ease working in a team
- Dynamic work environment
- Work atmosphere valuing exchange, proximity, and teamwork
- Salary according to the salary scale of the State of Fribourg personnel
