Your new role
Talking about sexuality is not a taboo with us, but an important contribution to prevention, empowerment, and health promotion. As a specialist in sexual education, you will bring your knowledge and experience together with two female colleagues into the classrooms of the city of St.Gallen – at all school levels. You lead workshops, advise children, adolescents, parents, and teachers, and are committed to ensuring that sexual education is conveyed professionally, contemporarily, and realistically.
By specifically adding a male specialist to our team, we ensure that the needs of all children and adolescents can be adequately considered.
This position is for you if you
- have a completed diploma in sexual education plus a teaching diploma, a bachelor's degree in the health field, or a degree in social work.
- have already gained experience working with children and adolescents.
- work independently and responsibly as well as flexibly.
- enjoy teaching in a team with a female sexual educator.
- think service-oriented, act networked, and can address different target groups.
- are resilient, decisive, and at the same time empathetic and sensitive.
- convince with a confident presence and express yourself with style.
- work in a structured way, show initiative, and have good IT skills.
