As a Waterspider you will coordinate material and tool availability, support supervisors, and ensure smooth production flow for engine disassembly and assembly activities. Your contribution will help optimise shop processes, improve efficiency, and maintain high safety and quality standards across operations.

Your tasks
- Promote a positive Safety Culture and ensure all Safety, Compliance, and Quality policies are implemented and followed
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing goods and documentation for the department
- Prepare work materials and support work preparation across different work centres
- Support the Supervisor in daily operational activities, including material flow and tool store coordination
- Apply and maintain 5S principles, ensuring a clean and well-organised working environment
- Coordinate engine parts and assemblies according to production planning priorities
- Continuously improve shop processes to optimise safety, quality, and cost efficiency
Your Profile
- Completed technical and/or logistics apprenticeship or equivalent experience
- Valid Category B driving licence and forklift licence
- Autonomous, reliable, and precise working style with strong organisational skills
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Good German skills (B1) and English (B1)
- Proactive attitude with a continuous improvement mindset and readiness to work in a dynamic environment
