Tasks
- Maintenance and repairs on fire trucks and equipment
- Maintenance work in the fire station building and external depots
- Restoration of fire equipment after operations, courses, and exercises
- Provision of materials for courses and exercises
- Execution and coordination of course logistics
- Operation and maintenance of workstations in training service (course support)
- You perform fire service operations within the scope of the officially assigned function
Expectations
- Technical basic training (preferably truck / agricultural machinery or car mechanic)
- Several years of experience in vehicle and equipment maintenance
- Good IT skills (Windows and MS Office) as well as good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Motorboat license (available or willing to obtain)
- Fire brigade group leader (available or willing to obtain)
- Active fire service, physically fit and suitable for respiratory protection as well as driving license category C1 118 (or willing to obtain)
- Residence in the canton of Zug desirable
