Our mission: We secure your flight! As a Surface Treatment Specialist Rubber Casting (Rubber Pouring) You:

Your Tasks

Pouring various types of rubber on engine assemblies
Preparing components (sandblasting, cleaning, priming, oven processes)
Independent and timely execution and control of work orders
Adhering to high quality requirements and operational standards
Supporting smooth operation in the engine disassembly line
Regularly checking material inventory and participating in 5S and continuous improvement
Complying with safety, quality, and environmental regulations as well as working economically

Your Profile

Technical understanding and material knowledge
Independent and responsible working style
Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
Open-minded, committed personality and team player
Good German skills in spoken and written form
Basic computer skills
English skills in spoken and written form (level A2)
