We are one of the last three "Gasthof Ochsen" in Switzerland with an in-house butcher shop owned by the family. "Meat enjoyment with family tradition" is lived daily by us.

Our hotel has 35 modern rooms, a restaurant with a guest lounge, Ermitage and Birseck rooms, our "village terrace" and 2 banquet halls. Since 2024, we have been listed with 13 points at Gault & Millau.

We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a

Service staff 60-100% for refined à la carte and banquet service

Your tasks and skills:

• Managing your own service station including cash handling
• Mise-en-place work
• You are an open, sociable person who practices their profession with passion and delights our guests with your charm and friendliness for a wonderful restaurant experience.
• You are a sales talent, team player, resilient and flexible
• Completed service training and solid professional knowledge in upscale gastronomy including good wine knowledge
• German as mother tongue, English and/or French
