 Salesperson / Team Leader Butcher Sales Eastern Switzerland (m/f) 100%

Your challenge:

• You will initially support our Eastern Switzerland team through deputizing. In a second step, you will take over area and customer responsibility. You maintain relationships with our butcher customers through active telephone sales. You feel at home in field sales.
• Depending on the situation, you take on organizational and sales-promoting tasks within the team and act as a regional leader.
• After careful training in Büren, you will be able to win your customers over with your personality, our service, and product quality and continuously expand them.
• You implement personal sales, turnover, and margin targets, expand your later sales area, and actively contribute to achieving the goals of the team and the company.

Your profile:

• You have completed vocational training as a meat specialist.
• You are a sales professional in the butcher, food, or gastronomy sector or want to become one.
• You are characterized by initiative and enthusiasm and achieve exemplary sales success thanks to your closing strength and customer enthusiasm.
• You are resilient, flexible, and a team player. In addition, you greatly enjoy working in field sales as well as in the home office.
• Your native language is German. In addition, you have a confident, communicative, and competent appearance. 
• Your profile is rounded off by user knowledge in CRM, SAP/CSB, and MS Office.
