For our customer service located at Strassburgstrasse in Zurich, we are looking immediately for a limited period of the next 6 months for several
Customer Advisor: Telephone 40%
In this position, you are the first contact for the various telephone customer inquiries of our insured persons. You will support the insured persons with their concerns by phone for a few hours between 8 am - 12 pm and 1:30 pm - 5 pm.
Your profile:
- Empathetic, cheerful personality with a strong customer orientation
- Confident appearance and enjoyment of telephone work
- Proficient PC skills
- Flexible deployment according to the schedule
- Good communication skills and high social competence
