Our house «Casa Solaris» operates two restaurants in Kollbrunn (ZH). The restaurant Sole offers Mediterranean cuisine and is open daily from 7:30 am to 7 pm. The public restaurant also provides three meals a day for the staff and residents of the nursing home and senior apartments. The exquisite «a la carte» steakhouse Hot Stone offers, among other things, meat on a hot stone. The restaurant opens its doors from Tuesday to Saturday from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a friendly and ambitious Deputy Head of Gastronomy (80-100%) starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility
- In this versatile and interesting role, you prepare healthy, varied, seasonal, and balanced meals of a high standard for residents, guests, and staff.
- You support the organization of banquets.
- You participate in ordering food supplies.
- Represent the Head of Gastronomy in their absence.
- Provide professional guidance and support to employees.
Our requirements
- Do you have a completed apprenticeship as a chef EFZ or already have professional experience in gastronomy?
- Are you a team-oriented, reliable, and flexible person?
- Do you empathetically respond to the diverse needs of our customers?
