Spatial Planner outside Settlement Area

With settlement development, the pressure on agricultural land is constantly increasing. We ensure that structural development outside the settlement area is limited to what is necessary and is spatially planned.

Your tasks

• Assessing building applications and plans outside building zones as well as in landscape protection areas
• Leading professional exchanges with landowners, municipalities, and project partners
• Responsible for the files in the Zurich and Limmattal regions
• Accompanying and processing projects in the landscape context
• Ensuring professionally sound, understandable advice on landscape and spatial issues

Your profile

• University degree in spatial planning, architecture, landscape architecture, or a comparable field
• Flair for building culture and design issues in the landscape
• Advantageous: experience in building and planning law topics
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary exchange
• Motivation to strengthen and further develop the spatial planning department professionally
