For a neurological private ward with a total of 21 beds. It consists of single rooms as well as double rooms.
The team currently consists of 15 dedicated employees. What is especially nice about our work is that our patients usually have longer stays with us. This allows us to experience their progress up close: Many patients are admitted to us as full care cases and leave the ward walking independently again, a particularly fulfilling moment.
As a team, we are above all humorous, empathetic, and helpful – values that shape our daily work.
Your tasks
- Care and support: You help our patients find their way back to an independent life. Your work has a direct impact on the healing and treatment process
- Hygiene service: You independently perform household tasks according to our hygiene standards
- Support:You take on additional tasks within the scope of the competence regulation for Assistant Health and Social Services
Your profile
- Training: Completed training as Assistant Health and Social Services (AGS)
- Language: Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Personality: You show a high sense of responsibility, joy in daily work, and a strong team player attitude. Additionally, you bring a friendly and confident demeanor in dealing with patients as well as a reliable and independent working style.
