Department: Life Sciences and Facility Management

- You lead a team of four employees, further develop it, and safely guide it through a phase of change.
- You optimize processes, standardize workflows, and implement suitable tools.
- You ensure the quality and reliability of processes, data, and statistics.
- You represent the administrative area in department-wide and university-wide committees and work cross-departmentally with the continuing education managers of the institutes, the education division, the communications department, and the legal service.
- You administratively support selected continuing education courses (CAS, DAS, MAS, WBK) and decide on requests from continuing education participants regarding administrative processes.
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification, ideally supplemented by further training in leadership/organization and good English skills in spoken and written form.
- You have several years of experience in team and project management, preferably in change processes.
- You possess a pronounced understanding of processes and organization with secure quality assurance in administration.
- As a leader, you are visible, approachable, and support your team in everyday life on site (home office possible max. 1-2 days). You promote active thinking and communicate at eye level.
- You analyze problems thoroughly and ensure sustainable improvements.
- You have a high sense of responsibility, pay attention to compliance with regulations, and are loyal. You ensure that processes run in compliance with rules in terms of reputation and external impact.
- You communicate clearly and differentiated with heterogeneous stakeholders. You understand the concerns and interests of your counterparts and represent your area with clarity and skill.
- Your heart beats for new digital tools and you have very good MS Office skills.
- Experience in the education or university environment is an advantage.
