• Ensuring the operational ward organization
• Personnel development and leadership
• Participation in management committees
• Professional guidance of employees in the implementation of nursing and socio-educational tasks and expertise
• Ensuring modern inpatient quality standards in child and adolescent psychiatry

Profile

• Completed studies/training as a registered nurse HF or social pedagogue FH
• Basic clinical knowledge
• Leadership skills, leadership training
• Professional experience in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry and socio-education
• Humorous, innovative, dynamic, and resilient personality who is enthusiastic about interdisciplinary forms of implementing the milieu mandate
