Your Tasks

• Qualified guidance and support of individual and group therapies 
• Building up and maintaining individual resources 
• Implementation of daily and weekly structuring offers 
• Design and further development of work processes to ensure appropriate work organization 
• Professional documentation of the services provided 
• Participation in team meetings, case discussions, working groups and supervisions

Your Profile

• A completed training in occupational therapy 
• A creative and dynamic personality
• An appreciative basic attitude 
• Experience in dealing with people with psychiatric illnesses is desirable
• Communication and teamwork skills with pronounced empathy
• High creativity and manual dexterity
• An independent and responsible way of working
• High sense of responsibility and flexibility
• Interest in the further development of occupational therapy services
