As an IT specialist at Landqart AG, your customers are our employees. You support them with questions and handle simple to complex support requests. Another of your diverse tasks is the planning and realization of comprehensive IT solutions and the development of IT concepts. In the field of platform development, you plan, manage, and maintain physical or virtual server systems and services. For local networks (LAN), you select suitable network components, install and configure them, and monitor ongoing operations. You take care of the security and availability of the systems and services as well as the performance of the network. In the versatile apprenticeship as an IT specialist at Landqart AG, you also ensure that information is protected and can be disseminated securely.

• You plan, install, and maintain workplace and peripheral systems, servers, and networks
• You support and advise our internal customers at the hotline and resolve issues together with the team
• You are jointly responsible for secure and protected information exchange
• You create instructions and system documentation
• You gain insight into the programming of our ERP application

• Good secondary school diploma with very good performance in scientific and mathematical subjects (Model C Level II)
• A flair for technology and technical understanding
