* Conduct additional negotiations and prove your eye for detail when creating or reviewing templates
* Keep track of all lease obligations - from demarcation lists to reporting duties to guarantees
* Drive the processing of open defects together with colleagues from maintenance and strategic refurbishments
* Check our rent payments, indexations, and the effects of technical processes monthly
* Take over budgeting and monitoring of rents and ancillary costs

* Have completed studies in hotel management, real estate, business administration, finance, or a comparable course
* Bring professional experience in the hotel real estate industry and are proficient in contract management, budget planning, and controlling
* Work solution-oriented, efficiently, and precisely - with a lot of initiative, creativity, and business thinking
* Are well versed in tenancy and real estate law and have basic knowledge of the operating costs ordinance
* Convince with professionalism, communication skills, and negotiation skills
* Handle MS Office, ERP systems, and reporting tools confidently
* Speak fluent German and very good English
