Specialist in Facility Maintenance - for the Workshop Service

• Maintenance and care of garden and surrounding areas in our properties in the cantons OW, NW and LU
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through careful and reliable work
• Independent work as well as teamwork on various maintenance tasks
• Proper use and maintenance of garden machines and equipment in compliance with occupational safety regulations
• Care of green and hard surfaces to preserve the value and attractiveness of the facilities
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, during the day, approx. 8.5 hours per day

• Experience in garden or grounds maintenance
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (mandatory)
• Driver's license category B (mandatory)
• Trailer test advantageous or willingness to obtain it
• Independent, reliable and physically resilient personality
• Enjoyment of working outdoors
• Willingness for winter service assignments
