As part of your duties, you will perform the following tasks, among others:- Conducting professional service in compliance with quality standards
- Receiving, handling, and forwarding complaints to a supervisor
- Supporting the service team in monitoring cleanliness, order, and standard presentation
- Preparing events, especially setting up tables and chairs, laying tables, and performing mise en place
- Maintaining cleanliness, order, and standard presentation
- Successfully completed vocational training as a specialist in the hospitality industry or comparable qualification
- Initial experience in upscale gastronomy or hotel industry
- Friendly, professional, and open demeanor
- Very good German and English skills, additional foreign language is an advantage
