Timberland is looking for an exceptional Associate Fit Technician to join our Global Apparel PD Team based in Stabio, Switzerland

Let’s Talk about the Role
You as Associate Fit Specialist will involve supporting and implementing fit standards and guidelines, seasonal fit reviews, developing fit blocks and patterns, and collaborating with teams with guidance from Fit Specialist.
How You Will Make a Difference
You will achieve this by:
- Evaluate, create and implement standard grade rules to ensure consistency in fit.
- Develop Timberland product standards and guidelines including fit intent guardrails, training documents, and grade rules
- Support Seasonal block reviews with Merch & Design and create fit presentations.
- Develop fit blocks, Asian fit blocks, and style level patterns with the support of Fit Specialist .
- Communicate and clarify Timberland Fit expectations to our overseas teams.
- Be an engaged and committed team-mate, Be a facilitator in negotiations.
Skills for Success
The ideal candidate for this entry-level role is a supportive team player with basic technical knowledge, organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with evaluating and implementing standard grade rules and product guidelines.
Pattern Development: Basic understanding of developing fit blocks and style-level patterns.
Organizational Skills: Ability to assist in seasonal block reviews and create fit presentations.
Independence: Capability to work with minimal supervision.
Team Collaboration: Being a supportive and engaged team player.
