Responsible Spare Parts Warehouse and Shop 100% (m/f)

• Customer advice and sale of small equipment in the shop
• Supply of service technicians and mechanics with the required spare parts
• Adherence to processes, guidelines, and principles (ordering, goods receipt, storage, sales, returns)
• Checking the monthly sales of spare parts to achieve sales and profit targets
• Creating invoices and processing creditors
• Ensuring order, cleanliness, and safety in the spare parts department and in the warehouse and shop
• Submitting timely claims related to spare parts warranty and return claims to assert as many warranty claims as possible
• Coordinating the rental of rental equipment and its provision

• Basic technical training in agriculture, retail, logistics, or similar
• Commercial training or further training as a workshop manager is an advantage
• Good communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with customers
• Sales flair
• High independence, teamwork, and reliability
• Good IT skills and enjoyment in working with MS Office
• Native German speaker with French and English skills advantageous
