Residential Area Manager with Spitex Experience 80-100%
Your Tasks
- You lead a team of around 10 employees and ensure appreciative collaboration as well as high care quality
- You work closely with colleagues, relatives, and doctors
- You independently conduct needs assessments according to RAI-HC guidelines
- You are responsible for care planning and documentation and ensure that care goals are regularly reviewed and adjusted
What You Bring
- A completed education as a nursing specialist HF/FH
- In-depth knowledge in the Spitex area and confidence in handling interRAI-HC
- Leadership experience in a comparable position and enjoyment in guiding and promoting a team
- Resilient, flexible, and independent – with a sense for efficient processes and feasible solutions
