Class and annual salary (including 13th month):

Tasks:
- collaborates with the head chef for food safety
- assists in the preparation and distribution of meals to users of the school restaurant according to the instructions of the Nutrition Consultant
- applies and enforces hygiene, safety, and infrastructure functionality measures and ensures maintenance of the equipment provided
- assists with administrative tasks
- assists with the purchase of foodstuffs and various materials for the site, as well as goods management
- assists with cleaning of spaces and infrastructure
- assists in supervising subordinate staff
Requirements:
- Federal Certificate of Competence (AFC) as a cook, with several years of professional experience
- adequate knowledge of IT tools
- good command of the Italian language
- flexibility, ability to work in a team
- mandatory category B driving license
- special attention will be given to experience in collective catering or to those who have already worked in school catering facilities

- 100% employment based on the school calendar

- the school catering and transport office reserves the right to change the workplace (service location) for organizational or other reasons

Employment conditions:
