The Finance Department of the Finance and Services division is looking for a dedicated and experienced individual immediately or by arrangement as
Your tasks
- Processing and posting of daily incoming payments (ABACUS and NEST)
- Posting, among others, of creditors in the ABACUS mandate of the Tax Administration
- Collaboration on closing tasks and projects
- Team representation:
- Monthly execution of tax closings (at the level of state, municipalities/corporations, and federal government)
- Processing of the allocations of the Direct Federal Tax with third cantons
- Execution of payment runs - in cooperation with the Collection department
Your profile
- You have already worked in accounting – preferably in a cantonal or municipal office
- You can demonstrate completed training or further education in the field of finance and accounting or are currently undergoing further education
- You are IT-savvy and work analytically and structured
- You are team-oriented as well as quality- and responsibility-conscious
- You think service- and process-oriented and feel comfortable as a contact person for questions from internal and external customers (taxpayers, municipalities, offices, third cantons)
