The Network Connections team in the Project Planning department (Electricity and Telecom division) plans and coordinates all network connection projects for our customers. Due to a retirement, we are looking for a committed, team-oriented, and strong leadership personality who enjoys taking responsibility. In this key role, you will lead the Network Connections Project Planning team personnel-wise, technically, and economically. Look forward to a varied and responsible area of activity with creative freedom.

Your Tasks

Technical and personnel leadership of a team of two employees

Optimization and further development of the network connection process (including standards, templates, and documentation)

Coordination of network connection projects from the first customer contact through the creation of network connection contracts to the final billing

Independent development of network connection projects within the framework of complex overall projects in cooperation with engineering offices, landowners, and internal specialist departments

Definition of conditions in the overarching building permit process for the electricity and telecom sector

Your Profile

Basic electrical engineering training with advanced technical education (e.g., technician HF, master network electrician) and interest in business administration and project management

Solid expertise in network connection projects and several years of leadership experience

Result-oriented, structured working style with high customer and service orientation

Team-oriented, entrepreneurial-minded personality with decision-making and assertiveness strength

Good IT skills (MS Office), CAD and SAP knowledge advantageous

Driver's license category B
