Your tasks

• Expansion, maintenance, and 360° consulting of the customer portfolio
• Sales of the entire product and service range including cross-selling
• Systematic recording of needs and external potential
• Referral to internal specialist teams
• Acquisition of new customers, participation in customer events including network maintenance

What you bring

• Commercial basic training (banking or insurance)
• Completed bank-specific further education (HF, FH preferred)
• Experience as a personal customer advisor is required
• Main focus in the financing area, affinity for investment and pension topics
