What you achieve:
- Verification and clarification of the obligation to provide benefits according to insurance regulations (KVG and VVG)
- Review and billing of outpatient invoices and, if necessary, objections to invoices
- Review of outpatient applications for cost approval
- Creation of correspondence based on templates as well as independently
- Contact person for complex inquiries from insured persons, service providers, and authorities
Why you succeed:
- You have completed basic training in the medical field (e.g., MPA) or have supplemented commercial training with basic medical knowledge
- Ideally, you have several years of experience in the health insurance industry
- You work very efficiently, accurately, and responsibly
- You also convince our customers with your high service orientation, your can-do mentality, and your committed way of working
- You communicate confidently in German both orally and in writing; any additional language is a plus
