This is what you can achieve:

• You ensure smooth operation – You operate and monitor our technical systems such as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning and make sure everything runs smoothly.
• You have an eye for detail – During control and inspection rounds, you check systems and objects (e.g., escape routes) and recognize early where action is needed.
• You get straight to work – You carry out minor repairs yourself, document defects, and immediately initiate all necessary measures to fix them.
• You keep everything well documented – You create and update object and system documentation diligently so that everything is traceable at any time.
• You are ready in case of emergency – You analyze malfunctions specifically, perform first interventions, and also take on on-call duties outside regular working hours.
• You keep an overview – You document additional services transparently and ensure that nothing is overlooked.
