Job description:
In your new role, your tasks impact the quality of patient care. Your role will notably include:
- Participating in the reception and care of outpatient and hospitalized patients welcomed within the Pulmonology Unit
- Managing telephone calls
- Billing
- Performing technical care under delegation (including taking vital signs, ECG, vaccinations, blood samples)
- Coordinating care by collaborating with the care teams of the Unit as well as other departments of GHOL
Required profile:

- Proficiency in standard computer tools and hospital management applications (Soarian, Logimen, Ultragenda, Fluor)

Your proficiency in common tools (Excel, Word) will be tested during the hiring tests. Other essential aspects for your success in these tasks such as proactivity, adaptability, openness to change, initiative, autonomy will also be evaluated during the recruitment process.
Education level:
Required Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as medical assistant
