Transport, Trade & Logistics Specialist 80 – 100% (m/f/d)

About the position   

You are the driving force behind the organization and monitoring of our worldwide transports. Your tasks include planning and coordinating large project shipments, product and follow-up deliveries, as well as shipping repair and replacement goods or goods for exhibitions and trade fairs. 

What you can achieve

• Organize and monitor our worldwide transports by air, sea, truck, and courier

• Plan, coordinate, and ship large project shipments, product and follow-up deliveries, repair, replacement, or goods for exhibitions and trade fairs

• Handle certifications (e.g., certificates of origin), letters of credit, ATA carnets, and transport insurance cases

• Issue shipping/customs documents via ERP (SAP) and other tools, as well as revenue-relevant invoices after risk transfer

• Obtain and evaluate transport offers, check freight invoices, maintain close contact with our internal partners in sales and project management, freight forwarders, insurance companies, customs authorities

What you bring with you 

• Completed commercial training

• At least 2 years of experience in export/transport

• Fluent German and very good English skills (communication with project managers, customers)

• Efficient, motivated working style and excellent organizational talent

• Enjoy close collaboration with colleagues within the team and various other interfaces
