Specialist Crisis Simulation Recovery and Resolution (m/f/d)

• Planning and conducting crisis exercises for destabilization situations at FINMA-supervised financial institutions – together with national and international authorities
• Analyzing weaknesses and developing concrete measures to improve crisis management, communication, and cooperation
• Building and optimizing processes and workflows for structured crisis preparation
• Co-designing and maintaining a thematic network at national and international levels

• University degree in economics or law, complemented by solid experience in auditing or consulting
• 3–5 years of professional experience in resolution, financial stability, supervision, or consulting of financial institutions.
• Proven project management know-how (problem-solving, adaptability to handle challenges and changing circumstances)
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as economic thinking ability
• Strong communication skills at all levels – also towards decision-makers, high judgment and assertiveness
• Very good German skills (C2) and English skills (C1) in spoken and written form
