In the cantonal bridging program BVS Plus, we support and accompany up to 16 adolescents and young adults per class each school year with the goal of integration into the primary labor market. With practice- and competence-oriented teaching, we enable learners to take the step into vocational education. The educational focus is on basic work skills and professional competence.
We are looking for a teacher for the preparatory vocational school year BVS Plus (location Liebefeld) from 01.08.2026 to 31.07.2027

Tasks
In a core team consisting of four teachers, you mainly work with the learners on the following topics: basic competencies for work and society, career choice process support, and workshop work (implementing interdisciplinary competencies and career exploration topics creatively). In addition, you individually coach your 8 reference learners on Monday afternoons. You work with internal differentiation and are familiar with working with competence profiles. Basically, you teach in half-classes or in team teaching.
You teach according to the annual working time model. A 100% position corresponds to an annual working time of 1930 hours.
20% corresponds to one working day. Half a day is reserved for office work. Wednesday afternoons and every second Friday are free from teaching.
Requirements
You have a teaching certificate for secondary level I or an equivalent qualification. An additional qualification, for example in special education and/or coaching, is desired. You are a flexible and patient teacher with a flair for learners with somewhat unusual school careers and enjoy working in a team.

The position is limited until 31.07.2027 (extension possible).
